Super addicting treat!
Ingredients
Foil lasagna pan
1 box of original Cheez-It (12.5 oz)
4 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Powdered Ranch
1 tbsp Pit Boss Prime Beef & Brisket Rub
1tbsp Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub
1/4 tsp Freeze dried dill
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat smoker to 200 degrees with pellets of choice
Step 2
Pour a box of Cheez-its into a large mixing bowl. Add the ranch, BBQ seasoning, and dill into a mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula mix up the dry ingredients
Step 3
Melt 4 tbsp butter in the microwave and pour on top of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until evenly coated on Cheez-its then pour into foil pan
Step 4
Place pan in the smoker for one hour and stir the mixture every 20 minutes
Step 5
Remove from smoker and pour into a bowl or zip lock bag. Will hold for up to 2 weeks
