Smoked Cheez-It

Create an incredibly addicting finger food that will keep everyone coming back for more!


 

Prep Time:

COOK TIME

1 hours

 

Ingredients

Foil lasagna pan

1 box of original Cheez-It (12.5 oz)

4 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Powdered Ranch

1 tbsp Pit Boss Prime Beef & Brisket Rub

1tbsp Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub

1/4 tsp Freeze dried dill

 

Directions

  1. Preheat smoker to 200 degrees with pellets of choice

  2. Pour a box of Cheez-its into a large mixing bowl

  3. Add the ranch, BBQ seasoning, and dill into a mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula mix up the dry ingredients

  4. Melt 4 tbsp butter in the microwave and pour on top of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until evenly coated on Cheez-its then pour into foil pan

  5. Place pan in the smoker for one hour and stir the mixture every 20 minutes

 
 

My thoughts on this recipe.....

This creates one of the most addicting snacks I have ever had. You get so many flavors in each bit that you cannot help but go back for seconds and even thirds! I make this for parties and everyone's eyes get big when they try it for the first time.
